Dubai Hotels Policy As per Government regulations, original Emirates ID / Passport to be provided at reception upon arrival. A Tourism Fee of 20 AED (USD$5.50) per room, per night, chargeable by the government of Dubai, is payable to the hotel upon check in.
Dominican Republic’s Hotels’ Policy
An original ID to be provided at reception upon arrival. A Resort Fee of USD$10 per person, per night is payable by the member to the hotel upon check in.
Alteration and Cancellation Policy
ANY ALTERATION OR CANCELLATION OF A CONFIRMED RESERVATION MUST BE SENT BY EMAIL.
Any alteration or cancellation of a confirmed reservation must be requested at least 30 days prior to the arrival date to avoid the difference of full amount or the Service Fees being forfeited. For all changes and cancellations requested within this timeframe, Dubai Luxury Vacation will provide an accreditation of the service fees paid. Refunds are not offered. If a reservation is cancelled or the number of nights or the size of the accommodation type is decreased with less than 2 days (48 hours) notice, one night on the meal plan booked will be charged.

You may request one alteration to your booking and this must be received via email no less than (1) one month prior to arrival in writing. Failure to provide 1 month notice will result in your alteration being denied. If further changes are required, member will be advised to cancel existing reservation and rebook, subject to availability. All alterations must be for the same calendar year and are subject to availability.
Cancellation / No Show Policy:
Confirmed reservations can be cancelled up to 30 days prior to arrival and will receive a full service fee accreditation, any reservation cancellation request must be MADE IN WRITING. Any cancellation with less than 30 days prior to arrival or a no show will result in the service fee being forfeited entirely and will be subject to the payment of 3 nights all-inclusive fee per accommodation. Refunds are not possible nor can be processed in the event of a cancellation.
